What Linkvue is

Linkvue is a tool that gives you one page with your links, at linkvue.uk/@yourname. You put that link in your bio on social media.

What you must not do through Linkvue

If you break any of this, we can switch your page off without warning you first.

Bot protection: what we promise and what we do not

Linkvue does what it can to keep crawlers and scrapers away from the content of your page, and to keep your links working inside the in-app browsers of social networks.

It is not a guarantee that no platform will judge you, restrict you or shut you down. What is allowed on Instagram or anywhere else is decided by those platforms, not by us. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. What you put in your bio is your decision, and so is the risk.

A link the Instagram or Facebook bot sends inside a direct message is delivered as you configured it. Unlike a card on your Linkvue page, it does not pass through Linkvue's own 18+ verification step. If the destination itself needs an age check, that check is the destination platform's, not ours.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or for indirect damage arising from using the service or from it being unavailable. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law of the Slovak Republic.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We can stop providing the service if you break these terms or if we end the beta.

Governing law and supervision

The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The supervisory body is Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (SOI), Inšpektorát SOI pre Prešovský kraj (Slovak Trade Inspection, Prešov Region inspectorate), Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Prešov 1, https://www.soi.sk.

As a consumer you have the right to alternative dispute resolution (alternatívne riešenie sporu), and the body above is where you start. The European Commission's ODR platform is no longer an option: it was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The Commission now keeps a directory of the national dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top always says when we last did. If the change is a substantial one we will tell you, provided we have your email.
